We DLISPA Ltd. ship directly from China (usually from Beijing or Hong Kong, depending on stock availability), using Yanwen as our logistics partner. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment at any time.
How long does delivery take?
- Within the EU: Approximately 10–14 working days
- Rest of the world: Typically 8–20 working days, depending on your location and customs.
Is this the original ET-312 or 2B?
No – we offer high-quality, fully compatible replicas of the ET-312 and E-Stim 2B. Our devices are thoroughly tested to support most original accessories and deliver the same core features at a fair price. They are not manufactured or endorsed by the original brand owners.
Do I have to pay customs/VAT?
- For EU customers: No – all duties and VAT are prepaid (DDP).
